Shut down the system

Default assignment workstations: Administrators, Backup Operators, Power Users, Users
Default assignment member servers: Administrators, Backup Operators, Power Users
Default assignment workstations: Administrators, Backup Operators, Server Operators, Print Operators
To shutdown a computer to which you are logged on interactively or through Terminal Services you must have this right. Don’t confuse this right with Force shutdown from a remote system.
This is an overloaded right. It is also required to enable hibernation support, set the power management settings or to abort a shutdown.
