5378: The requested credentials delegation was disallowed by policy

This event is probably connected with the "Account is trusted for delegation" account option needed for the application server account of some applications that impersonate the client user before accessing resources on their behalf as well as the related account option, "Account is sensitive and cannot be delegated".
