Windows logs this event when an administrator changes the local policy of the Windows Firewall or a group policy refresh results in a change to the Windows Firewall whether it should allow unicast responses to multicast and broadcast traffic.

• Profile changed: Standard or Domain

New Settings:

• Allow unicast responses to multicast/broadcast traffic: Enabled or Diasabled

Old Settings:

• Allow unicast responses to multicast/broadcast traffic: Enabled or Diasabled
