Microsoft Security Bulletin MS07-002 - Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Excel Could Allow Remote Code Execution (927198)

This critical bulletin affects all versions of Office and Works except Office 2007 and Works 2006. It also affects all versions of Office for Mac.  The patch fixes 5 arbitrary remote code vulnerabilities in Excel.  At this time none of the vulnerabilities are public so proceed with full testing and then patch.
