Microsoft Security Bulletin MS06-057 - Vulnerability in Windows Explorer Could Allow Remote Execution (923191)

This critical zero-day vulnerability affects all versions of Windows but is primarily a risk to workstations and user accessible Terminal Servers.  An attacker can exploit this vulnerability using malicious content on a website or via email.  Since this exploit is publicly detailed and is being used in attacks right now I recommend you install the patch as soon as possible or implement the kill bits workaround published in the bulletin.  This may be one that you forego testing…
